Having worked on these ideas for a few years, I ran the first Free to be Me course at Goodmayes hospital, in NELFT in 2013 with my friend and colleague, Sara. After that I adapted it to run it as a Christian version in a church in Romford and have since run the orignal version in BEH trust in Enfield. Sara and I are looking at how to develop a Muslim version.
